Just an all-around classic and buggy looking fly, this nymph stage of the March Brown has always been a real fish catcher no doubt. You don't see this bug tied this way too often and that's why we have it in our arsenal of go-to's because it's not easy to find.
Fishes well March through September and can be a great surveyor pattern. We've caught some really nice trout on this bug over the years especially on wild streams.
We recommend size #14 and #16, with #14 the most commonly found in our box. Barbless hook with a special dubbing blend just makes this bug... well... buggy!
